DESIGN DETAILS

Inspired by the clients’ family summers in Nantucket, this four-bedroom home offers a refined interpretation of relaxed coastal living. Limewashed plaster, custom built-ins, detailed fireplaces, bespoke furnishings, and lighting sourced from Italy create a layered, personal interior. A covered patio extends the home outdoors and provides an additional space for gathering.

The second phase will transform the detached garage into a private studio apartment with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding grounds will include a sauna, cold plunge, outdoor living area, and new landscaping.
